Need a 240V / NEMA 14-30 (4-prong) outlet for the dryer. Check it's within 4–5 ft of the unit location.

Confirm hot + cold valves and a drain standpipe are accessible within reach of the washer hoses (~4 ft).

Doorway / entry width
Units are delivered separately (each ~38″ tall). Doorway must be at least 29″ wide to wheel them in.

Schedule delivery after tenant moves in
Coordinate with tenant on move-in date first, then book delivery. Avoids appliances sitting unattended and lets tenant be home to receive them.
